Old Business:

A. T-Time is distributed by e-mail (those without e-mail receive a printed copy).  If anyone is having difficulty reading or printing the document, please let Marilyn know.

B.  Russ reported that 14 of our Model T’s were displayed at the Babbitt Ford Model T Show.

C.  Gary reported on the Grand Canyon Cavern Tour – 6 cars enjoyed the trip to Kingman.

D.  Russ reported on Canyonlands III Tour progress.  Participants are requesting early registration, however the MTFCA rule requires registration to begin on January 2, 2009.  The application and all other tour information will appear on our website in December.

E.  Members should let Gary know what year your Model T is for the tour license plate.

F.  We will be visiting Kanab in April or May to confirm that the preparations are in order.

New Business:

A.  Russ has VHS restoration videos as well as DVD Vintage Ford available for member checkout.

B.  Kathy reported that we will begin setting the touring schedule at the March meeting.

C.  Gary Hays was welcomed as 2009 CCMTC President, and John Renkema was elected to the position of President-Elect.
