| The scheduled CCMTC
meeting was held on Saturday, August 23, at the Chino Valley home of
Gary and Marti Hays. Members in attendance were Russ and Kathy
Furstnow, Gary and Marti Hays, John and Montana Renkema, Harold and
Karen Crutcher, Jim and Margie Ellis, Bill Harrison and Marilyn
Petersen. The meeting included reports on the June tour, the
July 4 Independence Day Parade in Flagstaff, progress on the Canyonlands III Tour to be held next June in Kanab, the MTFCA Centennial Celebration, and upcoming 2008 tours. Marti provided a super lunch for the group, Gary hosted a tour of his new garage and tools, Kathy displayed photo albums of the July Centennial travels, and Marilyn showed a DVD she created from trip memories. Thanks so much to Gary and Marti for sharing your home – you were wonderful hosts and made Saturday a very special day for all of us. |
